T and T Pet Services was founded on a simple belief — that every dog deserves a walker who truly understands animals. Based in Sarasota, Florida, we are a Veteran owned Family run company that provide professional dog walking, drop-in visits, pet taxi, and training services to pet owners across the greater Sarasota area. We are fully insured and committed to treating every dog in our care with the same patience, respect, and attention we would give our own.
Our owners, Steven and Thom Ellis, brings over 40 years of hands-on animal experience to every interaction. Thoms journey started at the Ringling Circus, where he was immersed in professional animal handling from a young age. He went on to become a U.S. Army dog trainer and handler, developing expertise in obedience, control, and working-dog management under high-pressure conditions. After the Army, Thom served as a bomb detection dog handler with the TSA. Today he volunteers as a dog walker at the Sarasota Humane Society.
Steven is a Graduate of Sarasota High and a Veteran Military Police officer who has worked with his father on multiple training programs including Reno K911 Explosive detector dog seminars. When you book with T and T Pet Services, you are hiring a professional with a lifetime of proven experience.
